Shipping Policy

We can ship products anywhere in the lower 48 United States using the shipping method of your choice. We estimate delivery dates based on item(s) availability, shipping method choice, and destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight and shipping method selected, not including sales tax.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We strive to provide you with a satisfying purchase experience.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 10 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of shipment.

Tableclothgames.Com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return if the following conditions are not met...

- the item(s) must be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in new condition
- the original packaging must not be damaged
- packaging must include all original items
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- return package must include a copy the original invoice

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
